The Craft Fair Online, operated by Student of Wealth Hawaiʻi LLC, provides memberships, promotional placements, and virtual market participation for independent makers and advertisers. These Maker Membership & Promotional Terms govern every membership, listing, booth, spotlight, and promotional placement offered through The Craft Fair Online.

By purchasing a membership, submitting a promotional placement, or participating in any program described in these terms, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not purchase a membership or submit promotional materials.

All participants must provide accurate, truthful information about their business, products, and offers. The Craft Fair Online reserves the right to decline, remove, or suspend any listing, booth, or promotional placement that does not meet these terms or that it determines, in its sole discretion, is inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with the standards of The Craft Fair Online.

The Maker Directory Membership is a recurring monthly membership priced at $67 per month. The primary benefit is a business directory listing within The Craft Fair Online directory.

The directory listing is intended to help participating makers be discovered by visitors to The Craft Fair Online. The membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with the Billing and Cancellation section of these terms.

A Maker Directory Membership does not include a digital booth, a newsletter feature, or any promotional placement beyond the directory listing itself. Those benefits are governed by the separate sections below.

The Featured Digital Booth Membership is a recurring monthly membership priced at $97 per month. It includes a digital booth within The Craft Fair Online and a conditional monthly newsletter feature.

The monthly newsletter feature is conditional and subject to the submission and publication requirements described elsewhere in these terms. Inclusion in any specific newsletter issue is not guaranteed and depends on approval, scheduling, and available placement.

The membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with the Billing and Cancellation section of these terms.

The Aloha Weekly Spotlight is a single-issue newsletter promotional placement priced at $47 per issue. Each placement is purchased for one approved newsletter issue and is billed as a one-time payment for that issue.

An Aloha Weekly Spotlight is not a recurring membership. Each issue must be purchased, submitted, and approved separately. Placement is subject to the submission and publication requirements described in these terms.

The Craft Fair Online reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet these terms or its publication standards.

The Aloha Friday Virtual Market is a seasonal or recurring virtual market opportunity through which participating makers may present products and offers to The Craft Fair Online audience. Participation, scheduling, and availability are determined by The Craft Fair Online and may vary by season.

Participation in the Aloha Friday Virtual Market does not guarantee sales, reach, or any specific promotional outcome. Any promotional permissions and media authorizations applicable to the virtual market are governed by the Media Authorization section of these terms.

All promotional materials, product information, images, and offers submitted to The Craft Fair Online must be accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided for each program. The Craft Fair Online may establish submission deadlines, format requirements, and content guidelines for each placement type.

The Craft Fair Online reviews submissions and reserves the right to approve, decline, request revisions to, or remove any submission. Publication of any placement is contingent on approval and available scheduling, and is not guaranteed by payment alone.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to all media they submit and that all claims about their products and offers are truthful.

If an approved promotional placement is not delivered as described, contact business support using the contact information in these terms. Requests related to undelivered promotions are reviewed by business support on a case-by-case basis.

These terms do not establish a general refund guarantee. Any resolution of an undelivered promotion is handled through business support and depends on the circumstances of the placement.

The Craft Fair Online provides promotional placements and listings. It does not guarantee any specific level of performance, reach, clicks, sales, or other results from any membership, booth, spotlight, or virtual market participation.

Results depend on many factors outside The Craft Fair Online's control, including the appeal of the products and offers presented, the quality of submitted media, and audience engagement.

Student of Wealth Hawaiʻi LLC may update these Maker Membership & Promotional Terms from time to time. The Effective Date and Last Updated date shown above reflect the current version.

Continued participation in any membership or program after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
